Searches for 'lyrics' Top Non-Branded Queries

According to Hitwise US, the search term 'lyrics' was the top non-branded query in the US, ranking #29 among search terms sending visits to All Categories of websites for the week ending 05/24/08. The highest volume queries are typically brand terms used to navigate to specific websites. After 'lyrics' the top generic terms were 'maps' at #31 and 'weather' at #34. Now you know.
