According to Hitwise US, burningman.com was the #1 Entertainment – Performing Arts site for the week ending 9/1/2007. Coinciding with the annual desert gathering, visits to burningman.com increased 57% between last year's event, the week ending 9/2/2006 and this year's, the week ending 9/1/2007. Visitors to the burningman.com site were overwhelmingly male, (69.49% male and 30.51% female). Now you know.
