Scientology website visits peak after Tom Cruise video is leaked

According to Hitwise UK, daily Internet visits to the Scientology website increased 18-fold on Wednesday 16 January after the Tom Cruise scientology video was leaked. The website shot up to number 3 in the Lifestyle-Religion category with one in three visits coming from BBC News. 60% of visitors from the site went to a Scientology events registration page.
