Visits to Identity & Passport Service site up by 177%
Recent research from Hitwise UK reveals that UK Internet visits to the Identity and Passport Service website increased by 177% over the two weeks from the 27th October to 10th November, as the government announced a significant increase to the estimated cost of rolling out the Biometric ID cards. The top downstream website from IPS last week was the Post Office. Now You Know.
