According to Hitwise, for the week ending 15/03/2008, New Zealand visits to Shopping – Classifieds websites accounted for 7.18% market share of all Internet visits. While this is percentage is slightly less than the US, which enjoys 9.7% share of US Internet visits to online shopping, it is ahead of the Australian market where only 5.73% of Internet visits are directed towards shopping websites.
