My "Science of Search" column on Finding Antonella was posted today here. A quick follow-up for chart fans out there. In the article I talked about how last week, in light of the biggest market drop in five years, concerns over Iran, the sub-prime mortgage rate and other issues, the #1 topical search term driving traffic to news sites was "Antonella Barba."
Here's a chart to put Antonella's search-fame into perspective

A few racy (lets call them PG-13) pics vaults Antonella past the former queen of searches Paris Hilton, past Bald-Britney (but not enough to eclipse unfortunate paparazzi photo Britney) to be one of the most search for personalities in the U.S. last week. This is going to throw a serious wrench into my Idol predictions this year.

Nice timely reporting. She can't sing well but her searches might carry her to the top 12. She'd probably be better off on the Sopranos - LOL
